Hi there! My name is Nicole and I am so excited to meet you! I have been a certified personal training for 2.5 years now, and would love to share my knowledge with you. I love helping people of all age and skill levels, and working with you to meet YOUR goals! I offer group, small group, and private training sessions. Along with personal training, I also provide nutrition guidance as I graduated with honors w/ my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition.
